Stress test for Friesland urbanised area

Het Wetterskip Fryslân, the province of Friesland, all Frisian municipalities, the University of Groningen, the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and Van Hall Larenstein are conducting a combined study on the effects of climate change in urbanised areas for the entire province of Friesland. Risk areas for flooding and heat stress are identified. The latest 3D technologies are used to reach a wide audience in creating awareness of climate change.
